I thought when I retired I would have too much spare time but I’ve found that I’m busier now than I have been in the last two years! Still there are a few quiet moments here and there and that’s when I get to spend time practicing with the many, many photo editing programs I have. I posted these over on our forum and decided to follow their suggestion and post some of them here.

And I worked on some water effects. I like the second one best.
Adding eye color is easy. This is one of my favorite pictures of Joel that I’ve enhanced just a little.

And lastly I’ve been practicing morphing objects. This one is kind of silly but I enjoyed making it and learned a lot in the process.
This is a good time to go pick up the Entertainment Weekly issue, or if you subscribe, to download their brand new free electronic version application for the iPad, Nook and everything else like that. I did last night, it works great. I don’t know if they have a basic computer version of their magazine but you might check.
Simon and the oaks is the adaptation of Marianne Fredriksson’s popular book. In huvdrollerna Helen Sjöholm and Bill Skarsgård. On Wednesday evening was the gala premiere of the film at the cinema Park in Stockholm. World Aids Day on December 9.
